Charlie EpsteinCharles D. Epstein, CLU, ChFC, AIF® has been working with Family Business Owners, Professionals and High Net Worth Individuals for more than 27 years. He Is the principal of EFG and a partner of Benefits Consulting Group, LLC, a regional third party administration firm with more than 250 retirement plans under administration. Charlie is also the founder and creator of The 401k Coach® Program. 401k Wire recently nominated Charlie one of their Top 50 most influential individuals in the 401(k) Industry. Charlie’s deep commitment to the success of family business owners led him to found the Family Business Center at UMass, Amherst in 1992. |

Lynne PelusoLynne Peluso is EFG’s executive office manager. She also manages The 401k Coach® Program, through which practitioners acquire strategies to help them develop, nurture and build a retirement plan business. Lynne has been a key component in the creation of exceptional client relationships, strategic alliances and systematized processes to deliver unique experiences. She pushes the envelope of success everyday with her boss in the name of unwavering entrepreneurialism. Lynne began her financial services industry career in the mutual fund correspondence unit at Phoenix Home Life. She then moved on to pursue a career with MML Investor Services, Inc., working in the mutual fund department managing the wire order trading desk and the in the brokerage department’s transfer area. Lynne joined EFG in 1999. She is NASD Series 6 and 63 licensed. |

Sue BaderSue Bader is in charge of EFG's Life & Disability Department. Sue started as an agent with MassMutual after graduating from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts with a BS in marketing. She continued her career in various insurance positions and spent more than 18 years as a brokerage manager for a local brokerage agency. Sue is active in the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and has been an officer for NAIFA-Western Mass. since 2005. Sue, who joined EFG in 2008, holds her life and health insurance license and is currently working to obtain her CLU designation. |

Lisa ThompsonLisa Thompson is an investment administrator for EFG. She is responsible for opening new accounts, processing transfers, assisting clients with their accounts, and gathering and inputting client information for the Family CFO® Process. Marie ForestMarie Forest, is a 19-year veteran meeting planner/events coordinator, who has been with The 401k Coach® Program since 2004. Marie brings expertise in site logistics and customer service to her role as The 401k Coach® Program’s director of client relations.During her career, Marie has worked closely with industry leaders in the medical and financial arenas as well as with international government associations and agencies. A native of Montreal, who is fluent in both French and English, Marie has lived in the United States since 1992. Prior to joining EFG, Marie served as director of marketing for The Publick House Inn and Conference Center under the ownership of New York City-based Restaurant Associates. |

Amanda WalkerAmanda is the director of program development for The 401k Coach® Program. Amanda has more than nine years of sales and development experience in the printing industry. She holds an associates degree from Springfield Technical Community College. She is highly proficient at implementing marketing and document management projects that entail print, mail or digital solutions. Her focus is preparing the program's curriculum and streamlining production. She also assists in marketing both The 401k Coach Program and EFG. |

Bettyjean BouffardBettyjean Bouffard has been involved in using Web-based technology in the financial services and education arena for more than 12 years. She was a key member of the team that created the first MassMutual University, an innovative, Web-based training site for agents. Prior to that, Bettyjean created and managed the University of Massachusetts Continuing Education Division’s first presence on the Internet. While at UMass, Bettyjean worked with Charlie Epstein to bring the UMass Family Business Center into existence. Bettyjean’s focus with The 401k Coach® Program is on the development and production of new training materials. |

Leo J. Polverini, Jr.Director of Retirement Services Leo J. Polverini, Jr. has more than thirty years experience in the corporate retirement services industry. Having worked with hundreds of clients, Leo has the demonstrated experience to structure a retirement program consistent with a broad cross section of corporate objectives. As a Senior Vice President and Executive Officer of one of the largest retirement services providers in the industry, Leo brings valuable insight into optimizing the value realized by his clients. Leo also served on the Investment, Asset Allocation and Due Diligence Committees for a $40 billion institutional investment product platform. As Director of Retirement Services Leo will capitalize on his experience and the significant resources of Epstein Financial Group to identify and deliver retirement program solutions focused on each clients unique objectives and desired outcomes. |

Lisa Beth Hough, QKADirectorLisa is a graduate of Westfield State College in Westfield, Massachusetts and has been with Benefits Consulting Group for 10 years. She has over 13 years of experience in the administration of qualified defined contribution retirement Plans. Lisa has been with the company since inception. As the Director of Benefits Consulting Group, Lisa is responsible for the entire operation of the company. She also is responsible for the compliance review on over 250 Defined Contribution Plans and keeping the company up to date with IRS Regulatory and Law changes related to Pension Plans. She serves as BCG’s Systems Administrator. Lisa also handles the full array of plan administration services on a very small book of business. Lisa successfully completed the American Society for Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) requirements and obtained her Pension Administrator Certificate. She also obtained the American Society for Pension Professionals and Actuaries, Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation in the fall of 2004. |

Kimberly DamoreSenior Plan ManagerKimberly is a graduate of University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. She has 5 years of experience in qualified retirement plan administration. As a Senior Plan Manager, Kimberly is responsible for all aspects of pension administration, including preparing Form 5500, non discrimination testing, and the recordkeeping of plan assets. Kimberly will also be responsible for compliance, plan document review, and financial reporting required in 401(k) plan administration. Kimberly is registered with the NASD and has acquired her series 6, 7, 63, and 65 licenses. She has also completed 3 of the 6 National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA) exams necessary to receive an Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) designation.
